At Hana Kiku, we aim to achieve the highest standards of customer satisfaction. If you don’t like what you bought or if just something isn’t right, return it to us within 14 days of purchase and we will happily exchange for a product of your choice. Please contact us directly at returns@hanakiku.com.au and we will get back to you within two working days.

Returned goods need to be in original condition and packaging. Returns need to be posted via registered mail to the following address:
